Massage Cupping with Movement

60 minutes: $100.00
75 minutes: $125.00
90 minutes: $150.00

Massage cupping with movement is a dynamic and therapeutic technique that involves the application of cups to the skin, creating suction that lifts the tissue. This method is often integrated into massage practices to enhance the release of muscle tightness and improve tissue health. The movement aspect refers to the gentle gliding of these cups across the skin, which can help in stretching the underlying connective tissue and increasing blood flow to the area. The benefits of this technique are multifaceted: it can lead to improved circulation, which is essential for muscle repair and cell regeneration; it encourages the body to release toxins through the lymphatic system; it can significantly reduce anxiety by engaging the parasympathetic nervous system, promoting deep relaxation; and it has been noted to improve the appearance of scars, stretch marks, and even varicose veins after repeated sessions. Additionally, cupping with movement can assist in alleviating congestion within the respiratory system, making it a supportive treatment for conditions like asthma.

CranioSacral Therapy

75 minutes: $125.00

Cranial Sacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle, noninvasive form of bodywork that addresses the bones of the head, spinal column, and sacrum. The goal is to release compression in these areas which alleviates stress and pain. CST is believed to help restore the natural position of the bones and can decrease stress from chronic injuries as well as provide relief from migraine headaches, neck and back pain, temporomandibular joint disorder (the inflammation of the joint that connects the lower jaw to the skull), and more. It's also thought to help restore cranial mobility and ease or release restrictions of the head, neck, and nerves.

Proponents of CST suggest that it can offer a number of health benefits, including strengthening the body's natural healing processes, improving immune system response, and enhancing overall well-being. This therapy is also used as a preventive health measure for its ability to bolster resistance to disease, and it's effective for a wide range of medical problems associated with pain and dysfunction, including sinus infections, disturbed sleep cycles like insomnia, scoliosis, and more.

Integrative Reflexology

30 minutes: $55.00
60 minutes: $105.00

A reflexology session is a holistic treatment focusing on the feet, where pressure is applied to specific reflex points. These points correspond to different organs and areas of the body, aiming to induce a healing response and alleviate various ailments. The session typically begins with a consultation to discuss any particular issues you might be experiencing, such as tension headaches or sleep disturbances. You may remain fully clothed on the table while the reflexologist works on your feet (and hands if desired), applying pressure and using techniques like kneading, pulling on the toes, and tracing around the heel. This targeted pressure-point massage is designed to restore the flow of energy throughout the body, potentially offering benefits like improved circulation, relaxation, and relief from stress-related symptoms. Reflexology is more than just a foot massage; it's a therapeutic practice that may help in bringing the body towards balance and well-being.

Sports Massage

60 minutes: $100.00
75 minutes: $125.00
90 minutes: $150.00

Sports Massage is designed for highly active people who engage in athletics. This service involves deeper pressure along with several more vigorous modalities like percussion, compression, friction, pin and stretching and muscle energy techniques to separate and lengthen muscle tissue. Devices using oscillating or vibrating movements designed to enhance muscle recovery and increase flexibility will be incorporated into the session to stimulate muscles, promote blood flow, and reduce soreness after intense physical activity.

Athletes and fitness enthusiasts often utilize these machines to aid in their post-workout recovery process, ensuring they can perform at their best consistently. Engaging in sports is harsh on the body and can often lead to injuries in both the short and long term. Sports Massage enhances performance and prolongs a sports career by helping to prevent injury, reduce pains and swelling in the body, relax the mind, increase flexibility, and dramatically improve recovery rates. Sports Massage is also highly effective in aiding the rapid recovery of an athlete from an injury by encouraging greater kinesthetic awareness and in turn promoting the body's natural immune function.

Hot Stone Therapy

75 minutes: $150.00
100 minutes: $175.00

A full body hot stone treatment is a deeply relaxing and therapeutic bodywork session. It involves the use of smooth, heated stones, made of basalt due to to there heat-retention properties, which are placed on key points of the body. The warmth from the stones helps to relax muscles, allowing the therapist to apply deeper pressure and promote muscle relaxation and warmth. During the session, I will also use the stones as an extension of my hands, gliding them along the muscles with gentle pressure to enhance the therapeutic effects. The heat aids in improving circulation and calming the nervous system, creating a sense of deep relaxation and well-being. This type of massage can be particularly beneficial for those with muscle tension and stress, providing relief and a tranquil experience. The stones are heated to a safe temperature and are often placed on the back, stomach, hands, feet, or even the face, considering the guest's areas of concern and comfort. A sheet or towel is usually placed between the skin and the stones to prevent any discomfort. The combination of heat, pressure, and movement provided by the hot stones can help to alleviate pain, reduce stress, and lead to a restorative experience.

Energy Medicine

60 minutes: $100.00
90 minutes: $150.00

Energy work is based on the belief that everyone has a "life force", and that the body needs to sustain its balance for optimum health. Anytime you experience emotional or physical illness, it indicates that your life force has simply become unbalanced. I work directly with your energy field to restore balance and flow to your entire system. I enhance the experience with singing bowls, breathwork and healing crystals. These practices are a part of a holistic approach to health, acknowledging the interconnectedness of the mind, body and spirit. Once your energy field has been restored to full health, your body will follow.
